At Level Up RN, we want you to feel as confident in your wardrobe as you do in your practice. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your unworn items with original tags attached.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned apparel, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
